I was part of a bachelorette party that was targeted and harassed by the security team. Don't have your bach party, birthday party or any sort of group outing here. we found out that all the bars communicate and security calls them to find out. We attempted to speak with Hotel general manger several times to discuss how we were treated but were brushed off. The manager of rooftop restaurant and bartender both were appalled with what was happening apologized profusely and reported to security they did not feel we were intoxicated. They said things such as "you know better". We went back to roof top bar to gather the rest of our party before retreating to suite. We left peaceful after 4 security guards unnecessarily escorted us out. But because we were a group, and wanted to have fun dancing we were told we were too drunk. Because we started dancing to the great 90s music we were "cut off". We then had a three hour dinner at the roof top restaurant before headed down to the casino to listen and dance to the dj that the casino had for entertainment. We rented cabanas at the pool and because we were in and around the pool all day (not in the shaded cabanas) security felt we were up in the room drinking all day.
